For a refresh job, you'll likely need products that allow you to get the job done quickly:

Stain Blocking Primer locks in stains caused by smoke, marker pens, crayons etc. to prevent stains from reappearing. Use this for any problem areas. 

Contract Matt has been formulated to offer a full bodied matt finish. Use this for your walls and ceilings. 

Fast Drying Satin is formulated to deliver a tough satin finish that's whiter for longer. There's a full range including Undercoat, Satin and Gloss. Use this for your wood and metal work. 

Vinyl Soft Sheen dries to an attractive mid-sheen finish, so reflects a bit of light to give the appearance of a slightly polished surface. Use this for kitchens and bathrooms.

For new work where you're painting bare surfaces that haven't been previously painted, you'll need to correctly prepare the surfaces ready for painting. 

MDF Primer has low odour and is quick drying. It's specifically formulated for use on interior and exterior medium density fibre board so best to use this to prepare new woodwork. 

Acrylic Primer Undercoat is a low odour water based undercoat, suitable for bare timber surfaces, MDF, plaster, drywall and render. Use this on bare timber. 

Super Leytex provides excellent covering power with a breathable layer - ideal for new plaster. Use this for your ceilings and walls.

Vinyl Matt is a wipeable emulsion with excellent covering power and the ability to hide imperfections which is also an option for walls - remember to use the same product for the mist and top coats to achieve the best finish.

For a redecorating job, you'll likely need higher quality products with more choice and longevity. 

Hardwearing Matt is 10x tougher than Leyland Trade Vinyl Matt. Formulated to deliver an extremely durable finish. Use this for the walls in busy areas such as hallways. 

Hardwearing Acrylic Eggshell is a very tough, stain and moisture resistant interior paint. Use this for bathrooms and kitchens.

Vinyl Matt has excellent covering power and the ability to hide imperfections which makes it great for ceilings.
